Thredbo Chapel

The John Paul II Ecumenical Centre, known locally as ‘Thredbo Chapel’ was opened in June 1996. The Chapel is nestled at the foot of Crackenback Mountain amidst the native snowgums and wildflowers of the National Park. The altar, backed by glass from floor to ceiling, looks out onto the beautiful Thredbo River and up to the mountains beyond. This beautiful and contemporary building is an ideal for your mountain wedding.
