Greetings!
The Summer has passed and as we settle into the cooler Autumn
temperatures we write with Good News!!!
It's been snowing this weekend and our thoughts are now turning to
Winter Specials, Snow Ball Fights, Skiing and Boarding, we thought
this would be the right time for our first news letter of the
season.

Welcome Drinks
The River Inn Lodge team invite you join them for
welcome drinks and nibbles each Sunday evening 5 – 6pm in the
River Inns ‘Dragons Lair’ lounge
bar.
Internet Broadband Wireless Hotspots
Last year we introduced with great success internet hotspots
which were available in the ‘River Rock Café’, on the ‘Sun
Deck’, in the ‘Dragons Lair’ and near ‘Reception’.
New for
2006 internet hotspots that now encompasses all guest rooms, so
now you can stay in contact with work or friends is as easy as
bringing along your laptop with a wireless card.
If you need to stay in contact with work, then the River Inn is the only
choice with our new business centre and lighting fast broadband internect connection.

Night Skiing
& Boarding !!
Right
on our Doorstep. . . . .
Don't forget if a day on the slopes leaves you itching for more,
then head out and enjoy night skiing and boarding for three hours
absolutely free. Yes, cruising with the stars for free - zip,
zilch, zippo, nothing. It’s a great way to sample Thredbo, why
not make a night of it – riding, dinner, party. So now you can
link turns down Friday Flat every Thursday night, or step it up
and take on the Supertrail under lights on Saturday night for
free. Night skiing and boarding from 6.30 until 9.30pm through
July and August (weather permitting).
