Bavarian Beer Hall
The Bavarian Beer Hall is renowned for it large selection of
Local and Imported Beers, both on tap and bottled, from the
extremely smooth, refreshing dark lager that is Kostricker to the
more subtle pale gold lager with a herbal, creamy texture called
Spaten Munchen and one of our favourite wheat beers, Franziskaner
Hefe-Weissbier. Our Beers can cater to any palate.
If beer is not to your taste, we also play proud host to a
vast collection of amazing schnapps flavours from Thredbo’s own
Valley Distillery, Wildbrumby. Wildbrumby produces a purely
Australian schnapps made from Australian fruits which are locally
grown on the south west slopes of New South Wales.
Inside, the Bavarian Bistro is open to the public for
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Opening from 7am a delicious hot
buffet breakfast is served with Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolates to
boot. Lunch begins at 11 with a selection of hot and cold options.
And from 6.00pm to 8.00pm the Bavarian Beer Hall offers a Bistro
style, 3 course dinner for $25 for adults and $15 for children.
On a fine day, the sun deck at the Bavarian Beer Hall is an
unbeatable location to take a break from the slopes. You can dry
off, fuel up on food or drinks, admire the mountain views and bask
in the sun. What's more you barely have to leave the snow. It is
just a few steps from the Gunbarrel Express chairlift at Friday
Flat.
